Home room teacher

Homeroom Teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young students. This role involves planning and delivering instructional activities that foster the academic, social, and emotional development of children in their first year of elementary school. The teacher will collaborate with other educators and parents to support each child's growth and success.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and are appropriate for the developmental level of 1st and 2nd grade grade students.
• Teach foundational subjects including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and a love of learning.
• Manage student behavior using proactive and constructive strategies.
• Managing the day to day activities of the class.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through observations, assessments, and assignments.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavioral development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• To keep up the team spirit at all times and be an active team player.
• Note: Only female candidates can apply as Mother Teachers.

Experience:

Applicants must have at least 2+ years of experience as a Mother Teacher in reputed international

Schools.

Cambridge experience is preferred.

Qualification: Graduates/ Post-graduates with excellent communication skills. (If B.Ed/ PPTC/

NTT/international experience will add as an advantage)
