Primary ICT Teacher-

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching information and communication technology, fostering a love for technology in students, and integrating innovative teaching methods into the classroom. The ICT Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality ICT education, creating engaging lesson plans, and supporting students in developing their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons in line with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach a range of ICT topics, including computer science, digital literacy, software applications, and online safety.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
• Develop and update ICT curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessment tools, and teaching resources.
• Stay current with advancements in technology and integrate new tools and practices into the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide individual and group support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and ICT-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification or certification relevant to the education sector.
• Proven experience teaching ICT at [primary/secondary] school level.
• Strong knowledge of current ICT tools, software, and educational technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
