At Kadji care we all are family. Teammates are friends so it makes it better to work there. The mangement is also good. It is a very supportive, friendly environment which Nikunj sir has created for us. What is better than serving our parents selflessly !!

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
