1. Timesheets filing, cost center will be blocked and you will not be able to submit your timesheet. 2. The timesheet submission application is very worst it has it's own issues 3. Everytime you have to be worried on getting salary or not because of this timesheet issues. 4. Nothing is good in this company except onsite opportunities for juniors. I'm giving one star because there's no option to something less than one.

- Worst HR management ever that never respond to any queries or concerns raised - Compensation is not fairly paid, appraisal system is even worse. I have received appraisal only once in my last 4years of experience with Kaar Tech that is too minimal 8% on CTC and 10% is variable on that increment - A big red flag for work life balance<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Sick environment where you can't even think of weekends or leaves - Onsite opportunities are randomly given without considering employee's efforts - Best politics is ever played here in Kaar - Worst infrastructure where the Interns will not even get access to MS office, no wifi given to them, no chairs and what not - The CEO and management is only focussed in increasing profits and never bother to deliver quality project - Kaar tech least bother about employee satisfaction One word, worst company -Think thousand times before joining this company because they pay high in the beginning but you will regret after joining </mark>...Read More

Fake reviews in the ambition box , glass door. Hr is so free thet they make multiple fake accounts and do good reviews here.

All they can do is call anytime they want. Ask you to work! Manager is biased towards beautiful girls! No payment for overtime. Scare you off if you deny to work overtime. Manager makes personal ego with everyone and treats everyone as Salves. . Leave office whenever 2 days of work gets over! Which is assigned in morning. No appreciation especially for mens! No proper way of executing the work! Makes a disaster and fix the same! And team lead pressuring the developers.that's what they can do! No proper planning. No budget to train freshers. Max they can do is give some outdated technology questions and ask the employees to complete all As mentioned above no work life balance! Marketing team makes fake scenarios and photo shoots of employees (especially from HR AND marketing) and showoff in social media for publicity in reality it's like pressurizing the employees. Which actually does not even work! . Lots of micromanagement, no trust on employees. If you're not from tamilnadu and you don't know Tamil. Forget to join this company Even the technical discussions. Planning everything done in tamil. And we have to look at them without understanding a word. If you have atleast 5% of technical skills please don't go! Especially not recommended for freshers! Your life will be hell! . You have carrom board. But no strikers and coins. Your behaviour and everything will be judged based on manager's puppet opinion. Special note: if you're a fresher don't join this company for the salary they offer! Please join Wipro, tcs , Accenture whatever mass recruiting companies. You will be promoted and getting hike as per your performance. Here don't expect good hike or promotion! Start of the month also given on rotation basis ! In Kaar, there is no work life balance. Since it's small scale company, there is no plan process which makes it more difficult to work. Managers and seniors are not very smart people but they will try to do some politics to save there jobs
