So here is about my terrible experience with this company.I attended their interview and got placed at the end of 3rd year.There was no contact with the company after that.In offer letter they mentioned they will start intern at 7th and 8th sem and after graduating 6.5 LPA. There will be no proper response from the HR team as well and they constantly send the same message to wait. After graduation they are starting pre-internship(without stipend) which will end in Mar 2025 and after that internship will start with stipend of 5K and 10K for 1 year after which they convert as FTE<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Sometimes, the Work-Life Balance may seem to be shifted because the company runs from Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday and Monday are off.

Team-mates were really good and helpful. Good training and hands-on provided by your senior colleagues themselves. Career growth is present provided you like meaningless and paid-in-peanuts growth.

Dislikes

There is hardly any process or method to which they conduct business. Most of the projects don't take off and most of the account managers that hold the account are unfit to do so either. Campus recruits(freshers) are treated much better and paid at par if not more than existing tenured employees or lateral hires in some cases. HR is completely powerless and useless. They are practically at the mercy of the management. Any other culture other than their Tamil culture is deemed too notorious and frowned upon. Too much politics and non-payment of salaries for On-site assignments and delayed payment of offshore-salaries. No benefits of any sort for the employee but to learn and move to a better company with the experience. Relieving from the company is a nightmare for all employees as they hardly get new people to join who will adjust to their work-culture....Read More

Excellent growth opportunities and to enhance and upgrade our skills

No salary processing on time, huge back logs in salary and even if you resign getting relieved from Kaar is a humongous task, no process, all work get done with people to people relationship, no professionalism and no chance of work life balance. Once you nod your head on agreement for any activities or task then its done, you become the complete responsibility and wait to get blamed. No proper management, most of the project and delivery managers are not eligible for the posts, just trying their luck there because of longevity with kaar. Overall its a terrible place to work for experienced people. But for freshers its their dream come true, lot of learning and lot of onsite but with delayed salary for months....Read More

Payments never happen on time. I've worked for nearly 7 years, got resigned and received my pf and salary settlement 7 months. Now its been more that 1 and half year from my resignation and i still haven't received my Gratuity amount. I've sent close to 50 reminders but still no response on the company.
