They provide no concern towards the freshers. They only extract work from them but they wouldn't provide any proper information to them regarding when the onboarding would take place. Glad I left the company.

Internship process is very worse. There is no plan for onboarding. If you really have technical skills, please don't choose this company. Worst HR policy. No clear updates from L & D team. If you're selected as an intern for this company, please wait patiently for 2 years because there won't be any updates for 2 years after selection. So with this note, please don't choose this company.

I was intern at kaar tech it was 2 year intern at my first phase i cleared 7 rounds at that time of applying i had all the elibility ...after that i got one arrer and cleared...next i was shorlisted for interview but they didn't even interview me because i had a history of arrer..This company is fully based on mark and they are not valued by skill sets...i had cleared 7 rounds only because of my skills the reason i got rejected is i had a history...that too reject without giving an oppurtunity to attend the interview....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
