I’ve been with KaarTech for seven months now, and it’s been a great journey so far. However, I’ve noticed a few areas where we could enhance our professionalism. One key aspect is communication using business language instead of regional languages, especially in departments like HR, IT, and Admin, could greatly improve clarity and positively impact our company’s reputation. Additionally, while the initiative to credit salaries on the last working day is appreciated, delays still happen when it coincides with weekends or holidays.
