Sallary bad, no job security, Worst general manager ever, Tamil guys plays politics, Responsibilities will not be given, Your performance will be reduced forcefully. No learning, blame game. Stay away tamil guys whose names starts with letter "V".

Dislikes

Below par salary, no recognition, low hikes, favouritism, politics, intense workload at times, lack of empathy to employee concerns, improper/no guidance from seniors (depends on the team and peers maybe), and importantly poor job security. It doesn’t matter even if you wish to go an extra mile, the manager will prevent you from taking that step. Because won’t that upskill you and open the door to demand better compensation?
