Really nothing good about the organisation.

Dislikes

No fixed working days, might be 7 days a week. No fixed working hours. No FNF(Full and final settlements) after one year. No variable amount received ever as mentioned on offer letter.

Right now from the past one year nothing I like about this company, but before this period the management do not engage too much with dev team and things were average, and no politics culture feels then.

Dislikes

* Too much management interruptions * Very Bad work life balance * If you are on bench, you have to visit to office no matter even if you sick or your any family member is going through any serious medical issue. They don't consider about anything, you have to visit office if you are on bench and if you don't then LWP will be applied. * Toxic way of dealing with employee by company HR * Here's a very big chance of not getting FNF after being relieved. (Around 80% of employee don't get there FNF amount) * Lie about 5 day working, they push to work for 6 or even 7 days a week. If you don't then they do politics towards you and put you in the corner. * If you are on bench then there's very huge chance that HR will come to you and ask you to put resignation.(If they don't want you to continue) By means this, if you oppose the management at any point then you may have high chances to go through any of the above points....Read More

MD He is very good and his ideology and his simplicity, Timely salary, MD care a lot about their people. But some senior employees they have no vision and too cruel they spoiling the ideology of MD. Company not concentrating on Assistant Manager & Manager level employees conduct there are unethical because of them some employees are facing issues but they can't express out.

No Job security, Senior employees politics, No Career development, No skill development, very pathetic, Slow Snail Hr process very deadly slow even 90 years old person can work good

Likes

Kellton is a workplace with good culture, lots of celebration and good with project rotation.Salary remains on time and proper communications circulate in case of any delays. In terms of leaves allocations and medical care, they are available round the clock.

Dislikes

What i dislike the most about Kellton is that they are very strict about their policies. In terms of understanding the employee situation, they prefer policies over the top. In my probation period their policies says you cannot take marriage leaves of 3 days...i was about to complete my probation in a week but they didn't consider any soft bends. Another example is when their policy states that you have to report to office when you are on bench, it means you have to stick to it.its so hard to seek approval from them for WFH even when you have a 7 month old kid at home. They should consider exceptions also to maintain mental peace and harmony among the organisation....Read More

Always Say "Yes" to the senior management, whether that is correct or wrong. So, you can survive in this company.

Dislikes

1) Any time they will fire you from the company, without any notice period. 2) Salary not in time, sometimes it will delay more than 10 days. 3) If you want to survive in this company, always says yes to your senior management, whether that is correct or not. 4) No work life balance, we have to work even Saturday and Sunday also. 5)We have to work more than 12 hour on regular basis, and some manager expect, we will work 24 hours....Read More

Nothing except for free lunch in office.

Dislikes

1. No professional demeanor in anyone across functions and departments from top to bottom. 2. Mis leading and Mis selling projects to clients 3. No proper resourcing for alloted projects leading to Escalations 4. They dont either pay FnF or make u wait for an year and dont respond to any communications. 5. HR department is so rude and unprofessional that its hard to have a discussion with them.

Feels like it is a theoretical organization.

Dislikes

Employees background and the learnings that they bring to the table are not industry standards. The projects are sub-standard and the Project Managers struggle to keep the projects in Kellton's baskets as long as they can. The quality of the delivered products are not that great and the organization focuses on theoretical learnings. The salaries are frequently delayed.
