US IT & Non IT Recruiter - Hyderabad Location

Job Title: US Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 0 to 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT and non-IT positions in the US market.
  
• Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
  
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
  
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist in the offer negotiation process.
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  
• 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts).
  
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed is a plus.
