6 months to 2 years in US IT Recruiter  

Shift - US CST hours (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST) 

- Result driven US IT Recruitment professional with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.  

- Expert level sourcing techniques (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media).

- Good in Boolean search, X-ray search techniques.

- Hands on experience with types of US work authorizations & types of Visa.

- Hands on experience in Tax terms (W2, 1099) and C2C.

- Solid 3-8 years of experience in hiring for vanilla, niche and senior roles.

- End to end recruitment experience from requirements understanding, sourcing top notch candidates from the market, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement.

- Experience with ATS (applicant tracking system), preferably Ceipal

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
