Job Description

• Candidates should be well versed in W2 Hiring and have hands on experience with headhunting W2 candidates and various US Tax Terms.
• Candidate Should have strong experience working on CB/Monster/Indeed/ VMS/ MSP Accounts.
• Experience prioritizing requirements based on technology/rates/location.
• Responsible for achieving targets and numbers for the team.
• Proactive pipelining of candidates.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidate

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or Equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Staffing background, experience working on ATS/ VMS/ Direct clients. IT/Engineering/Non-IT
