Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter / Sr. Healthcare Recruiter

Experience Required: 1 - 6 years

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Mode of Work: Work from Office(Completely Onsite)

Key Responsibilities: -

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Should be aware of Healthcare terminologies.
• Successfully track record of the complete recruitment cycle.
• Recruit for healthcare verticals (Nursing/Allied roles) - Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Case Manager, Medical Assistant, LVN/LPN, CT Tech, MRI Tech, and Radiology/X-Ray tech roles.
• Successfully sourced candidates through various job boards such as Internal ATS, CB, Monster, Indeed, and Social Media tools, etc.
• Evaluation of candidates for the requirements based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Short listing resumes and conducting Preliminary interviews.
• Negotiating & finalizing rates with US Citizens, GCs, etc.
• Supporting the onboarding teams with the successful onboarding of a candidate.
• Responsible in the mentoring team too following individual recruitment.

Basic Qualifications include:

• Graduate (Preferred)
• Good written verbal (English) communication skills
• Ability to understand various Healthcare skills
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Excel Word
