Likes

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates Are not supportive and the management is not transparent. There is no cafeteria and gaming place. The company policies are very bad, appraisals are not good they give low salary and salary hike after 3-4 years. The bad place to work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and no career growth. There is a bond of 2 months notice period.

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. There is nothing for learning. There is a black future.

I have learnt much more here my colleague & my seniors, there is good team work . Company policies are good & favourable for each employee with job security.
