An everyday challenges will definitely make us learn new things. You will be a hero when you perform proactively and vice versa. Fair performance and partner bonus. Great team to work with. Flexible work hours, productivity is key.

Dislikes

Base salary is less. Partner bonus will be high. On the job training is not given great to new joinee . Only one who is very self driven and self Learner can sustain here.

Work Details

As in sales will be hectic at times and relaxing at other times. I

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
