Nothing to like in this company ... it's worst company of my life

Dislikes

Company never support to employee, the senior person don't have manners to talk with junior.....the cluster account manager( manoj shingvi) have no manners to talk with employee they never give the salary to employee which they committed on joining and salary nevr come on time. There is no management team....the company terminate the employee without any reason....there is no respect of designation...Read More

only I want to say my dear please never join this hotel if they want their future bright......it will turn the future of employee un darkness....the behaviour of justa mabeger is not familiar with junior staff....they don't support their employee...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
