My experience at Just Career Management has been great so far. There is a great scope and support for learning for freshers like me. What I appreciate most is that criticism is also given very constructively, there is no room for an abusive environment. The work culture is great and I look forward to giving my best here and growing as an individual as much as possible.

Work Details

I work as an associate recruiter here. My role is to source profiles for the respective mandates by respective clients. My job is to bridge the gap between a potential talent/Candidate and the client.
