There is a big problem in the overall infrastructure 1) They don't pay remuneration to external experts, question paper setters, external examiners, guest lecturers, or any campus vendor 2) Huge shortage of classroom 3) There is no job security. Faculties are asked to resign based on the feedback given by poor-quality students with 1 month's notice period. 4) There is no desktop in the university. They will forcefully provide a laptop by deducting 25000/- from the salary without any consent. 5) People are harassed by the Dean of Faculty of Science & Technology while applying for any leave 6) No proper sitting arrangement 7) Course structure and syllabus are under process. 8) The Janmasthumi, Eid, Holi, Good Friday, Buddha Purnima, and Muharam are working day 9) The summer/ winter vacation is almost negligible. 10) There is no festival vacation during Dussera or Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi. Only 1 holiday for Ganesh Chaturthi. 11) Prolonged meetings are conducted after working hours frequently. 12) Leave policies are prepared in such a way that they can deduct big amounts of salary. 13) Exams are conducted always on Saturday & Sunday. 14) Severe water shortage in the washroom 15) Power cuts are very common, it happen every hour. 16) There is a huge shortage of stationery like A4 sheets, printers, chalk, and dusters. 17) They give a list of 12th-pass students' phone numbers. Faculties are forced to call 12th-pass students for admission. Again after a few days, faculties are forced to call the existing students to recover the pending fee. 18) There is no lab for M. Tech. 19) Neither faculties nor students have any ID cards for the last 1 year. 20) Ph.D. scholars are not getting regular scholarships, although it was assured by the university. 21) There is no work-life balance. Faculties are asked to take 4 theory subjects and 2 labs in a semester along with unnecessary admin work and coordinatorship. 22) There is no clerk or technical assistant, so faculties are doing the clerical work....Read More
