Good work environment and culture but to be honest they are a bit old ones which is to be upgraded. Teammates are supportive and management is going good. With my 2 years of experience I sincerely can say that there were both good and bad times which is normally faced by everyone in the workplaces but everyday life gives great opport unities to learn new things and help us upgrade ourselves....Read More

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is really slow. I only wish if our respective seniors (The head of the departments) aids us by listening to us if we ask for any changes to be made during our work.

Its good and interesting Job. I learned everything here and can say this is my second home of learning where I could face many hurdles but still could never give up. I am quite happy here and to be a part of JCMC.
