Myself, Aman, has worked in JSYS for only one month in the last year. I absconded from there because of my immature attitude. Then i went to Dubai for searching job. At that time i realised my mistake. Iterribly failed in the test and interview. The person who took my interview advised me to join the Johns System and learn the concepts, gain experience and then come to middle east. It was like back stabbing for me when understood that he had worked in JSYS for a period of 5 years. That was one of the leading company in Dubai. Now he is in a good, enviable position in that company. It was my mistake to abscond from there. At that time i put bed review against them like this is a scam company, management is poor etc. that Big fault i made is i absconded after taking the salary. And i came back to Indai jobless. and i joined in one local construction company in my native with less salary than JSYS. i know that i cannot join JSYS again. The management is very strict regarding the quality. If that is not maintained they will take appropriate action. That is natural. Now only i understood this. because of that only i decided to edit my review from bad to good....Read More
