Dislikes

I enjoy my job and my coworkers for the most part. The parts I don't like is the high expectations and the high stress level. I sometimes feel like my job needs to be done by 3 people, not just me. I find I am disappointed in myself and sadly, it seems like I work in an environment that encourages feelings of doubt and questions of ones self worth.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
