JMIETI is not an engineering college but management thoughts that our college is best. But the reality is andhon me kana raja. The selection process for faculties is wrong as I show ever. Most worst thing is that the college management wants placement for students form teachers and teachers don't know how long they are in this college. There is no job stability and security in this college. Qualified teachers always relevaed and unqualified people are working by chatukarita method. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
