Josh Machine Design Studio (JM Design Studio) is one of the deficient Organization.

Dislikes

There are nothing to LIKE. Before joining they treat you like everything for them but once you join and after a week they expect lots of projects. Even they don't have any project references and inhouse developers too. They always depended on 3rd party vendors for quotation & deliverable. I myself generated lots of leads and they failed to convert any. Even they are not active to tackle those generated leads. Neither they didn't reply on calls/emails on time this is biggest reason to loose many opportunity. Never credited salaries on time always delay for at least 3 days.
