Am happy to part of working in this construction. I learned how to work , managing the worker's in each part section by section. I Learned how to solve the problem from project owners, labours and materials dealers. I love my engineer ...and he teach me clearly when ever I ask my doubt in any kind of basis...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
