I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The ambience over there. Got many tips and tricks to learn. Great management. The md is very friendly and nice..treats us as his family members. I loved working there.
