I like to staff who is work at the low level mainly executives and below , GM Mr. Vincent Marques is the great fun Guy. Mr Aman Shrivastava Fo Executive ,Ms. Bhavana Sahu is Charm person and many more in all departments

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No proper staff work recognition. Pennies for increments. Little off side is the heigher management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
