All teammate are from different culture but we work together & friendly environment, salary grow as on timely on the basis of work performance . Traveling arrange by company when require to see the site as per stakeholder requirement .

Dislikes

Compensation is quite high but the growth not fluent . Work pressure is above moderate. Some day 17 to 19 hour work in a day as on urgent work when project require . Late night work carring to meet the project completion on time & acheiveing the stakeholder requirement & company fame. Hear no any training arrange as separate but senior guide them all the seanario .

Work Details

Work are moderate challenging and all are slightly repetitive. I work closely with the stakeholder, it will be a grate learning experience. If it any change require in project after accepting the change request done by stakeholders all are mention in MOM.

Dislikes

Nature of CEO of company is very bad. I have very bad experience work with him. Because he doesn't have any humidity he only know my god is money. Baki sab bekar
