Likes

The management is transparent and few teammates are supportive. Company policies are good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics which shall be arrested by the management in future. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Job training is not given for both office admins and teaching faculties.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Though l struggle, l got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It is run as a business model , treating Teachers as labourers.

Dislikes

The school is not run or managed as a school. It is treating teachers as labourers. Lousy and negative atmosphere. God save this school from pseudo Directors, owners.
