It is overall the best place to work. The Japanese management is the best and decent people I have ever worked with. They only concern about the work done on time no matter what you are doing the whole day. Simply the best way of working and their culture of giving respect to everyone is the best no difference if you are senior or junior. So full star's to Japan Drilling Company.
