I am completing 3 years of service. No increment still..no career growth opportunities. Only appreciations. Bad experience for me.

Work is heavy..no yearly increment from 3years. No growth in career..management gaps. No clear communication.

The company is fair to every benefits and compensation and they always follow the labor code

Not really i dislike but i just want to be given a chance to work in higher level position after a year of working as warehouse assistant

I'm just a warehouse assistant in the refinery, the is just easy except only for the temperature of the workplace which is somehow will affect your health if you do not care of yuorself
