I want back my 2 years. This is a very horrible experience. Most 3rd class company I've seen in my life. All the worker came in company just only for politics. And management was a pappet like.

Dislikes

Mr. Prabir Dey is a uncultured manager. There hasn't minimum standards for employees. Salary will be given by cash due to all the work in this company is illigal. All the cash is there black money

Teammates are co operative, regular training has been initiated,salary /appraisal has done regularly,travel has done, no politics has been found, a family type atmosphere, work environment are satisfactory, innovation -work found satisfactory ETC

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
