I have been working here for the past one year, there is nothing to like, I am working because I need money. But the senior of this office also do not allow to work here

Dislikes

There is nothing good to work here, if you make a mistake, you will be fired immediately. There is no job security here, if one joins here from any company for a little money then it is his biggest mistake

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
