Work Details

Being my first co. to work with, got lot of opportunities to learn, develop my skills. The work culture, flexibility felt just like a second home. Got lot of exposure towards work, interacting with people as being from HR background.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
