Roles & Responsibilities:
• Directly participate in the analysis, configuration, development, and implementation of IT
Business Systems
• Analyze business processes, needs, and requests and recommend, develop solutions using
system standards and best practices.
• Lead major to medium projects with ownership and energy.
• Conduct analysis of system and functional specifications and configuration then develop
appropriate documentation.
• Write specification documents for development and other efforts.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Train super users on new modified system configurations as it affects business processes.
• Maintain IT business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, patches,
changes, and user updates.
• Responsible for development of enhancements and implementations, debugging system
level code of SDK based business applications.
• Identifies, supports, and fixes Agile system issues.
• Work on PLM/QMS/RA solutions and integration solutions with upstream/downstream
systems
• Design, develop and support integration between PLM/QMS/RA and other systems using
Web services.

• Prepare data migration strategies and run data loads to get legacy data into PLM/QMS/RA
  applications using the ETL tools, Oracle Agile PLM data load tool, File load or Import.
  • Evaluate designs or specifications to ensure quality. Participate in development of test
  plans, execution and analyses of defects using the HP ALM, JIRA, and Jenkins testing tools.
  • Accountable for individual contribution and team goals

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
Skill/Job Requirements is based on education, training, skills, and experience. To adequately
perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:
• Minimum bachelors or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge and at least 10+ years on Agile or similar PLM solutions with a focus in
one of more of the following areas of PLM capabilities
o Product portfolio Management (PPM)
o Document Management and Change Control
o CAD integration, requirements & risk management
o Bill of Materials – EBOM, MBOM, Routers
o Quality Management – NC, CAPA, Complaints, Audit
o ERP, MES, LMS, QMS integrations
o Reporting using PLM queries or guiding BI team to develop custom reports
• Knowledge and understanding of Document control, Manufacturing, and Engineering
processes in a medical device company
• Architecture / backend Data base of Oracle / Linux environment
• Possess a strong business and customer/client focus
• Experience supporting, and developing Agile ACS code, Agile API SDK based customizations
and developing Process Extensions is a plus.
• Experience with Java based web applications is nice to have.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Excel API experience with ability to build reporting is nice to
have.
• Experience with development of specification documents from requirements for software
development
• Ability to work on multiple projects / initiatives concurrently
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a source control management tool is a plus (preferably GitHub).
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence tools is a plus.
