About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced PLM Analyst with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Java, and Python.

This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will play a critical role in managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and ensuring the efficient utilization of Siemens Teamcenter and programming technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Utilize Siemens Teamcenter software to support and optimize PLM processes.

- Develop and maintain applications using Java and Python to enhance PLM functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement PLM solutions that meet business requirements.

- Analyze and solve complex technical challenges in PLM systems.

- Manage Software Configuration processes within the scope of PLM.

- Provide technical expertise and support for PLM-related queries and issues.

- Ensure compliance with best practices for product data management and lifecycle management.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter software with 7+ years of hands-on experience.

- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.

- In-depth understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.

- Familiarity with Software Configuration Management practices.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications : Certifications in PLM or related technologies are a plus
