Likes

The work at J S Sundaram is very unique compared to a regular mid size audit firm. We get to learn many things right from beginning of articleship if we are in vCFO team. One time assignments are also good for learning.

Dislikes

There will be no work life balance. Tasks will be given with very crictical deadlines. Except for PTO's there is not other employee benefit and facility available.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
