Pathetic environment & too much politics and unnecessary pressure is being created by the VP -Shalini Aurora. She doesn't holds the merchandising background and was from HR background originally. Being into merchandising you really need to know it deeper and practical knowledge is much needed. I will never recommend anyone for this company

Dislikes

Owner knows everything but never takes step, hardly visits office and only intervenes when its a deadly situation and VP is not a solution oriented person. Nobody gets the freedom & liberty to work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
