The company is open to related letest technology. Am very happy because I am part of this company. Our company provide technical support and network ideas. How to make a good network in client side.

Am very happy to jc network and computers. But some bad facts are available in this company 6/9 holidays brovide.

This company located in Central Delhi. That's are very good convance system and also good behavior to each other.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
