Nothing, it is a revolving door of people from operators to management.

Company is run very poorly, chaotic and unclear goals, zero standards and feels like a very hostile work environment. regular meeting with us on the floor and we get called lazy from what is probably the site manager. Would not work there again.

It's a Excellent product company. BEST FOR FEMALE. Good Package. But bad Managers like Deliver/Engineering (Not strong in Management). If ur unluck u will get this type of manget. They need to concentrate on onboarding.No right KT is not happiness for new joiners. Final word: Need to concentrate on Groundlevel mangers.UK,Vienna and USA team members are Excellent

we have to repair the units for differ projects like STCI , INDUS & ERRICSSION. its a challenge for us to contribute ur skills to sort out the problems and its very interesting also.

Very good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign,but company do this. On the job properly training is not given to new joiners.
