Their is nothing like about itspectrum. Totally worth less company. Owners of this company are bluffer. Only salary on time.

Dislikes

Owners of this company doesn't know how to treat with Employee . They always try to humiliated me. They don't consider Employee as human being. First of all they will tell you that after 6 months you will be made permanent and by showing you that decoy they will continue to take one by one work from you. This is their old trap. Then when you go to talk to them about the permanent Letter, at that time they mentally harass you and always threatened to throw me out of the company without any Notice Period....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
