The company offers no stability whatsoever. you constantly feel like your position could be on the chopping block at any moment. Expect to be tethered to your desk with little regard for personal time or boundaries. The company seems to have no appreciation for the importance of a healthy work-life balance. It's shocking that a company in this day and age doesn't provide basic benefits like Provident Fund or health insurance. This shows a complete lack of consideration for employees' well-being. Forget about taking a vacation or even a sick day. Paid leaves are a luxury you won't find at Itology. This policy is not only demoralizing but also detrimental to employee morale and mental health. Overall Experience: Working at Itology felt like a constant battle against a hostile work environment. The absence of fundamental benefits and a disregard for work-life balance made it an unsustainable and demotivating place to work. I would strongly advise anyone considering a position at Itology to think twice.
