I am not writing this review in my capacity as Head Hr, but summarizing from perspective of an employee. Best part is there is no internal politics involved, right from CEO, to Heads of Web development and Mobile app div, The whole sr management is, very humane, kind and responsive to the needs of employees, work atmosphere isrelaxed, but yes you have to complete the milestones on time, there are no excuses for that, trust me. There are a few factors for improvement no doubt, but policies are employee friendly, you get salary on time, your salary is not held up unnecessarily. Five day work week.There are games designed and placed for employees to unwind, team get together, fun days, bday celebrations, on job skills enhancement are all factored in. Not only that pantry for food etc is planned on top floor. Open door access to Sr management is, there, you can always approach them for resolution of your issues.
