Likes

Isynergy is a really good company for freshers as you will learn a lot being a freshsr. The environment is very cool and flexible timings. There is no leaves issues.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The company will nit pay you much, if you are experienced you should not opt for isynergy. Currently the company does not have many big projects so there is not much career growth.

Work Details

I work as full stack developer at isynergy. My manager is very helpful and there is minimal work pressure.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
