Likes

The management is good and they show confidence in their employees. They allow the employees to grow and take decisions. They give you ample opportunities to learn new technologies and give you challenging tasks.

Dislikes

I cant say I disliked anything at iSynergy. I was a bit disappointed by the increment and performance review process.

Work Details

Work is good with flexible timing. You get a good work life balance. They never yell at you for anything whatsoever. They are always calm and understanding. They do not create pressure on their employees.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
