I love the process E& for which I worked for but when it comes to Ison it's very disappointing

Worst management Worst ambience Fake promises by HR team Scamming in salaries No proper ID card No proper canteen No job security There's no proper security guards or camera's Not supportive Promoting for the people whom they like and not by the performance Very bad experience and I regret for wasting my time in this organisation

Work space is good and team mate are also supportive.Manager is understanding the right way he provide satisfied resolution to team.

Management is very bad. Even they are not good to hold the client for long period also they are not providing any logical reason to employee for cost cutting.

Worst management, they say within 6 months you will get promoted it's all fake promises. Once you enter you will become slave and they don't have any human emotions all they need is work.

Felt very frustrated while working there. You will get your salary after 40-45 days of working and you have to beg money to everyone because you need money to survive. Dont work here !

I got a very good experience while working, I shouted a lot and learned a lot without it, how to track and how to talk, it was a new experience.

What is it that you are coming in full talk salary and you don't get any increment from it, you can earn as much actual incentive as you want, but if someone buys one rupee from your talk salary, then you can come and do a full survey.

I have to wait 90 days for my experience letter and after 90 days I am eligible to process Paid leave amount.

Worst... experience...first beg for salary...then after resigning beg for fnf and experience letter... You cannot trust the payroll team... Once u leave the company u have to call hundred time for experience letter and fnf...

Not worth your time and efforts. An organisation which lacks in vision and leadership. Doesn't matter how much efforts you put in and how good results you produce, you will only end up getting whooped and scolded by the management.

Working at iSON is very comfortable because we have easy access to top management panel like management VPs and HR VPs. So we can make our concern heard, even if our site head or project head is not responding to any of those concerns. And they will give proper solutions for those concerns if they are valid.

iSON has many other ventures, but they are more like a start-up (even if they are not behaving like one.)
