There is nothing good to say about company. Very bad experience working in iSON experience (Etisalat) This happened in Feb 22 one TDRA cases I have sent mail to shoaib, Talha and fayza about TDRA on same day. (But I forgot to mention subject in mail) As I was working in night shift so, there was no floor support. So, I have informed to Fayaz in WhatsApp also. To do the needful, But they don't take any action at that time. Day after yesterday our T.L received mail regarding that TDRA cases And today as per the client they fired me. Now, this who's mistake?? Just because I have not mention the subject in mail which I have sent to them..... they don't check, if supposed our respective LT and supervisor taken action on it, in same day..... today it might be solved... they made beautiful excuses that y? I don't mention the subject..... Leave about the client,... client is taking action as per his wishes. Guys... listen your job is in your hand, even though it's not your mistake....they won't going to take responsibility for it. I lost my job just because inactiveness of our respective LT and supervisor In anger I given bad reviews about iSON in Google. After one day... manager Waseem call me to delete the review.. and said he have many friends those who are manager in different companies, he will talk to them in behalf of me.. but it never happened. I don't receive my experience letter and FNF settlement slip....Read More
