Starting paycheque acceptable one. Office location inside city. Transportation better. Working hours admirable one. Job security assured. Bonus based on clients. Got bonus and onsite trip to UK for more than a month.

Management team practised bad politics. Team mates too practised politics. Team leads and senior employees took advantage. Manager never supported innovative ideas. No proper training programs to upgrade skill set. Career growth questionable one. Salary not based on performance. HR team never reviewed the salary appraisals. Work life balance was difficult to manage. Bad leave policy practised by my team. Taking casual leave itself was difficult. Leave policy was not supported by the team. Work Details

Preparing test cases, reviewing test cases, alpha testing , filing issues, replicating the bug in the development environment, webex testing session with client .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
