There is no place for growth. and they are also not providing any leaving certificate or salary slip and all after leaving the company. also if you are leaving that company they will not clear your fnf not giving you any amount it just said it will clear in 45 days. but after 45 days you will only get one thing they do not provide any fnf after leaving the company. the work environment is so bad. and the director is very rude .hr the seniors do not respond to anything calls or texts. I am writing this review for sales department here. There is no growth at all, which is a fact. I worked there for a month and was highly frustrated by top management. But this is not only in this company but in all such small companies. We see no growth in terms of salary and incentives. Specially in sales. There is too much work pressure in sales. You give them good revenue but in return get salary and incentive in peanuts. Would not recommend anyone to join here in sales. Go for operations but again theres low salary....Read More
