Likes

Nothing to be liked about. The management is worst. Deepak Kushwaha is a fraud. They don’t pay your salary

Dislikes

There is no hygiene at the centre. They don’t care about employees health and make him work even if he is sick. They give threats of firing the employee and deduct the salary as per their convenience. I would not suggest anyone to work with them

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
