1. There strict wfo policy they will provide 2 days wfh based on your relation with managers , no wfh even if you have major function in you family where u need long leaves more than 2 week than no chance earlier they used to give wfh if you are going home but their new policy sucks... HR do take feedbacks but sorry they share yournames with manager if u mention anything in feedback.. 2. Next is night shift ...they don't give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. There's not much to like as they will force you to work and won't approve leaves as it's a part of their KRA, BPO experienced managers are the worst, they don't know technical stuff at all and will start giving lectures about technical things, learn your job first.

Micromanagement and non technical managers who think they know what they are doing, worst place to work

Not a best place to start career as fresher. But again its based on the department ypu join. Salary is too low as a fresher and also appraisal is not a satisfactory. And for a fresher there will be bond of 18 Months which is not good.
